Who we are

Welcome to the Gardener’s Bothy – an independent garden store and rural craft workshop in the corner of the former walled garden on the Staunton Harold Estate, near Ashby de la Zouch in Leicestershire.

The present Gardener’s Bothy is the shop front for Cameron Forest and Garden Ltd, an established local company of 'foresters, sawyers and gardeners' and also serves to showcase the talent of other local crafts-folk working in wood within the National Forest. Opening Times

Thursday – Saturday 10am – 5pm

Sunday 10am – 4pm (closed Easter Sunday)

We are also open on Bank Holiday Mondays

• The start of 2012 sees us busy at The Bothy painting, tidying up and restocking ready for reopening at the beginning of February. Happy New Year!

Logs, Logs, Logs!
